Another day and another presidential birthday… Happy 266th Birthday President James Madison (born 1751 Port Conway Virginia). Madison was one of the key drafters of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, he became our 4th president in 1809. He is considered the “father” of our US Constitution.
